JMD oversees the planning, coordinating and construction of your project from conception to completion.

Conception 

We are the liaison between the owner and the contractors overseeing all phases of construction.  We are working with you planning your project before the General Contractor is selected. In this phase we will discuss capital planning & budgeting, RFP preparation, issuance, evaluation, interviewing, negotiating and awarding. We assist with permitting and navigating regulatory issues.

We advocate for an owner and ensure that the overall strategy and goals set are executed.  We oversee all phases of the construction.  Value engineering, addressing unforeseen conditions, meeting with local representatives, coordination & management of contractors, establishing & managing the timeline.

completion 

Whether you are a novice or an experienced owner, we advise on avoiding the pitfalls and eliminate the hassle of delegating day to day management. We take ownership of developing & monitoring budgets and spend, designing and managing draw systems, managing lender and title company relationships, weekly meetings and reporting, to give you the time to run your business while we run your project.  We are an extension of ownership, completing your project, meeting your expectations, timeline and budget.
